Accounts Assistant

  • Responsible for billing (invoices and receipts)
  • Handle general journal entries
  • In-charge of expenses and petty cash
  • Assist in Accounts payable (AP) and Accounts receivable (AR)
  • Maintain proper file records and documentation
  • Preparing analyses of accounts and monthly report

Receptionist

  •  Responsible for all incoming calls – Answer, screen and take message
  • Handle client inquiries whenever possible and directing all incoming calls to the appropriate person
  • Assist with front desk duties
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Responsible for all mailings and courier arrangements
  • In charge of stationery, pantry stock up and office supplies
  • Maintain extension directory and update as and when is required
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment’s / facilities
  • Manage meeting room reservations
  • Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of meeting room and guest area
  • Assist with administrative support
