  • Receptionist

Job Description:
• Provide front desk customer service
• Assist with handling general phone enquiries/forwarding of calls.
• Assist with scheduling appointments
• Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of guest area.
• Perform ad hoc duties whenever required

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in any field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
• 5-day work week (Mon – Fri)

  • Chartering Executive (Customer Service)

Job Description:
• Providing excellent customer service by answering queries through phone and email. Occasional walk-in customers. Helping them with yacht bookings
• Achieve daily/weekly and monthly performance targets being set by Manager.
• Work with operational team to fulfil bookings beyond customer expectations.
• Keeping track of client information and propose ways to increase customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in any field
• Enjoys talking to people
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality related jobs
• Possess scheduling skills
• Able to work in time-sensitive environment

  • Relationship Executive

Job Description:
• Acquire grow and develop relationship with company stakeholders.
• Ensuring smooth operations fulfilment through relationships.
• Develop business strategies and maintain discipline in planning and executing daily activities in-line with long term vision and company priorities.

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Personal Assistant to Director

Job Description:
• Keeping track of Director’s Personal calendar and making arrangements and bookings.
• Taking dictation and minutes
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports for director.
• Collate weekly/monthly operational report
• Co-ordinate and ensure all personnel adhere to company schedule and operational needs.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in any field
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-disciplined and meticulous
• Possess Time management and scheduling skills
• Able to work in time-sensitive environment

  • Marketing Executive

Job Description:
• Executing digital Marketing campaigns
• Generate relevant report and analysis.
• Manage social media contents and accounts.
• Build relationship with celebrities, influencers through collaborations.
• Develop and manage partnerships with various marketing partners, agencies and vendor to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirement:
• Diploma Holder in related discipline
• Possess similar job experience.
• Good management skills
• Able to multi-task and work in fast pace environment.
